Privacy Policy

• Information you give us. Name, work email, phone number, company, country or countries of interest, service or workforce need, headcount, timing and any notes you type into a form.
• Candidate information. If you join our talent network, the profile details, experience and skills you submit.
• Technical information. Page requested, referring page, campaign parameters (UTM), approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type.

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare the workforce information you requested.
• To route your request to the right Gracemark team by country, service and urgency.
• To match candidate profiles to relevant roles.
• To measure which pages and campaigns generate enquiries, in aggregate.
• To send follow-up communications about the request you made. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who operate the site and our sales process on our behalf, including our hosting and database provider, our customer relationship management platform, our email delivery provider, and our analytics tooling. Where a request requires an in-country partner to deliver the service, we share only the details necessary to scope and deliver that engagement. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Business enquiries are retained for as long as needed to serve the relationship and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Candidate profiles are retained while they remain relevant to open and future roles, and are removed on request.

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message or by emailing us. Contact corpmark@gracemarksolutions.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, and we honour those requests.

Information is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access restricted to authorised Gracemark personnel. Because we operate globally, information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States.
