Program terms

Referral program terms.

Short, readable, and written the way we would explain it to you on a call.

Who can refer

Anyone can refer talent to Gracemark, whether or not you are in our network yourself. You only need a working email so we can keep you updated.

What counts as a referral

A referral counts when the person you introduced submits an application with your referral link or code, and their profile is complete enough for a recruiter to review.

One referrer per person

If more than one person refers the same candidate, credit goes to the first referral we receive. Duplicate submissions for the same candidate do not add credit.

What you receive

Referral credit gives you recognition inside the network and updates on how your referrals are progressing, as described on the referral page. It does not change how any candidate is evaluated or selected. We do not promise cash payments, and we will never ask you to pay anything.

How we treat your referral

We contact the person you referred directly, explain who we are, and tell them you introduced us. They can ask to be removed at any time and we honor that immediately.

Privacy

We use referral details only to contact the candidate and to attribute credit to you. We do not sell contact information, and we do not add referred people to marketing lists without their consent.

Fair use

Bulk, scraped, or unconsented referrals are not accepted. If we see abuse, we remove the credit and may close the referrer's participation in the program.

Changes

We may update these terms as the program grows. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and material changes will be reflected here.
