What you will do

  • Design and run evaluation rubrics for Gracemark AI workflows
  • Review model output quality and document failure patterns
  • Report findings that change how workflows are built
  • Coach evaluators toward consistent, defensible judgments

What we look for

  • 2+ years in evaluation, research, QA, or editorial review
  • Excellent analytical writing in English
  • Comfort with rubrics, sampling, and quality statistics
  • Independent judgment under ambiguity
