  • Build evaluation sets and regression checks before anything reaches a client
  • Define guardrails, escalation paths, and human review points
  • Train delivery teams on responsible, effective prompting

  • 2+ years working hands-on with language models in production settings
  • Rigorous evaluation and documentation habits
  • Fluent professional English
  • Clear thinking about where humans must stay in the loop
