What you will do

  • Own Gracemark's pipeline reporting, forecast accuracy, and funnel analytics
  • Govern CRM data quality across marketing, sales, and delivery handoffs
  • Measure which buyer segments and offers actually convert
  • Recommend process changes backed by evidence

What we look for

  • 3+ years in revenue or business operations
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills, comfort with BI or SQL is a plus
  • Fluent professional English
  • Willingness to tell leadership what the data really says
