Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
RPO is outsourcing all or part of a company's recruiting function to an external provider that acts as an extension of the internal talent team. RPO models range from full end-to-end (sourcing through onboarding) to project-based or on-demand.
RPO is used to scale hiring during growth, standardize recruiting processes, or reach specialized talent pools the internal team cannot cover. High-volume RPO handles hundreds to thousands of hires per year with dedicated infrastructure. Selective/project RPO handles specific roles or geographies. RPO is typically priced per hire or per FTE recruiter.
